At Knog, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
